Tatiana S. Aristova, Esq. concentrates her practice in business and employment-based immigration, with particular emphasis on National Interest Waiver cases. Ms. Aristova represents clients before USCIS nationwide, serving clients located in the US and abroad. Ms. Aristova also litigates immigration cases and appeals in federal courts, where she has won cases of first impression establishing precedents on important immigrant rights, and she frequently represents clients in petitions for writ of mandamus in federal courts.

Ms. Aristova received her Juris Doctor degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA (2000), where she had the honor of being selected as an editor at Temple Law Review (1999-2000). While in law school, she clerked for a federal judge at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (EDPA). She also holds MBA degree from New York University (2011). Ms. Aristova received her B.A. and M.A. degrees in Structural and Applied Linguistics from the Moscow State University (MGU) in Moscow, Russia (1992).
